The Gewerbepark Breisgau administration takes care of business registrations, de-registrations and re-registrations for all businesses in the Gewerbepark Breisgau. Confirmation is issued after forwarding via the responsible local authority.
The following documents must be attached to the form or submitted:
- Copy of identity card or comparable identification document
- Current excerpt from the commercial or cooperative register, if the company is entered in the register. Otherwise, a copy of the articles of association (e.g. for a civil law partnership GbR)
- If the company is based abroad: documents from the country of domicile that prove the legal form.
If there are several managing partners (partnerships) or several legal representatives (corporations), the supplementary sheet for business registration, deregistration or re-registration must also be completed (not for sole proprietorships).
In the case of an existing business, the business must be deregistered in the previous registration district.
