Joint office

The town of Heitersheim and the municipalities of Eschbach and Hartheim am Rhein have agreed by public law to establish a joint office for the joint performance of municipal enforcement duties in accordance with Section 125 of the Baden-Württemberg Police Act in the municipal areas of all participating municipalities.

This includes the performance of municipal enforcement duties in the respective districts within the area covered by the Breisgau Industrial Park Association. The offices are located in the association’s administrative headquarters.
